ERIC J. FEIG

ERIC J. FEIG, is a founding partner of the boutique entertainment law firm Rosen Feig Golland & Lunn, LLP in Beverly Hills.  Feig, an entertainment attorney licensed to practice law in California, New York, and New Jersey, has a rich and well-rounded career of entertainment transactional experience.  For over a dozen years, he has represented a wide variety of top Hollywood and international screen writers, actors, directors, producers, authors, and journalists in the areas of film, television, book publishing, new media, mobile content, and theater.

Previously, Feig served as Of Counsel to the Entertainment Department of the Los Angeles based firm, Wolf Rifkin Shapiro & Schulman.  Prior to this, Feig was Of Counsel to the entertainment law firm Berton & Donaldson, in Beverly Hills.

Feig is a frequent lecturer on general entertainment law and business topics, talent deal negotiations and independent film issues.  Feig regularly participated as a speaker for the "Business of Writing" seminar series presented by Scriptshark and the Writers Boot Camp in Santa Monica, California.  Feig also regularly speaks to the Fellows of the prestigious Disney Writing Fellowship and at the Screen Producers Association of Australia (SPAA) Annual Conference.  Feig has also served as a technical consultant for the entertainment law book "Clearance and Copyright - What Every Independent Filmmaker Needs to Know."

Today the seamless integration of content delivery systems, new models and methods of advertising, merchandising and brand development require legal transactional and entrepreneurial skills which go beyond traditional entertainment law firm thinking.  In this regard, beyond extraordinary client servicing and solutions, Feig focuses on helping clients leverage their intellectual property and creative assets among multiple exploitation platforms.

Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Feig clerked at the New York State Supreme Court, Civil Branch/Appellate Term, 1st Dept., reviewing papers in the Ex Parte Part, drafting memoranda and researching constitutional issues pending before the court.

Feig is a graduate of New York University and earned his law degree at Fordham University Law School in New York City.  He is licensed to practice in California, New York, and New Jersey.
